ACCOUNTING DATA CLERK - REMOTE (PST HOURS) - $25/HR

Looking for a flexible, fully remote accounting support opportunity? Join a growing restaurant and hospitality organization that is expanding its finance team with additional Accounts Payable support.

This part-time temporary role offers approximately 20 hours per week through February, with the potential to convert into a full-time internal position in 2027.

Who you are:

• Experience with invoice collection, data entry, and account coding
• Comfortable communicating with vendors and following up on outstanding items
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
  
  
  

What you'll do:

• Collect, enter, and code invoices accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoice status, missing documentation, and payment inquiries
• Provide administrative support to the Accounts Payable function and assist with workload management across the accounting team
