Warehouse IT Support Engineer (Zebra printer)

Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a Warehouse IT Support Engineer.

Job Description:

Job Title: Warehouse IT Support Engineer

Job Type: Contract (6 months)

Job Location: Phillipsburg, NJ

Work Schedule: Onsite

Pay Rate: $37 on W2, $45 on c2c

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Provide support for Zebra Scanners, Zebra Printers, Dell PCs
• Basic network troubleshooting
• Previous warehouse experience
• Troubleshooting packing station computers that are basic shared user pc setup
• Majority of troubleshooting in form of printer and hand scanner troubleshooting
• Basic gather network requirements/information about what's happening on the network on site, can be escalated to network team
• Some familiarity with Zebra or similar equipment used in warehouse environment.
• Warehouse environment is optional as long as they understand the device ecosystem from computer to printer to scanner, the dependency of all the peripheral devices.
• Culturally warehouse environment is very different such as things move very quickly, a lot of urgency, and a lot of physical running around, couple thousand foot warehouse. Person should be comfortable navigating/moving around in large space.
• If someone is good at troubleshoot computer and all it's peripherals and understand the dependencies then it's fine.
