TrimRx is hiring a Bilingual Financial Operations Analyst (English/Spanish) for our office in Del Mar, San Diego, CA. If you're a detail-driven finance professional who enjoys both the day-to-day operations (accounts payable, vendors, contracts) and the analysis that drives decisions (budget vs. actuals, cash flow, forecasting), this role is for you.

At a Glance

• Location: On-site in Del Mar, San Diego, CA 92130 (Carmel Valley / Del Mar Heights area)
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, no weekends
• Pay: $26 - $29 per hour (non-exempt, overtime eligible)
• Growth: Performance-based pay review after 3 months, based on achievement of objectives
• Language: Bilingual English / Spanish

What You'll Do

• Own accounts payable end to end: invoices, payment runs, vendor onboarding, W-9s and payment terms
• Track vendor contracts, renewals and spend; negotiate better terms with suppliers
• Build monthly budget vs. actuals, cash-flow reports and forecasts for leadership
• Model the financial impact of product launches, promotions and new hires
• Support month-end close and account reconciliations in QuickBooks
• Coordinate payroll inputs with our cross-border team (U.S. / Mexico)
• Partner with Business Intelligence on P&L monitoring and spend control

What You Bring

• Fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written (required)
• 2+ years in accounting, accounts payable, financial operations or FP&A
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, financial modeling); QuickBooks experience
• Experience preparing or analyzing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and margin / cost analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Highly organized, accurate and comfortable owning deadlines
• Startup, healthcare or e-commerce experience is a plus
