Role Description The Manager role is currently part-time, seeking an experienced picture framer. Ideal candidate will perform custom framing duties, art knowledge and art sales. Starting pay is 20.00 hr.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, gallery, or event management, with proven ability to oversee daily operations and staff.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills, with a collaborative and inclusive management style.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to coordinate , reservations, and service flow.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers, staff, vendors, and guests.
• Comfort with basic budgeting, scheduling, and inventory tracking; familiarity with point-of-sale or retail systems is a plus.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by performance schedules.
• Knowledge of customer service best practices and passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Prior supervisory experience in a Gallery, theater, or related venue and a high school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education in hospitality, arts management, or business is beneficial.
