A specialist heavy civil contractor is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on water and wastewater infrastructure projects in the San Diego area.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily field operations, crews and subcontractors
Coordinate schedules, manpower, equipment and materials
Enforce safety, quality and project requirements
Track progress and resolve field issues with the project team
Coordinate work across civil, underground, structural concrete and mechanical scopes
Requirements:
Superintendent experience on heavy civil or water/wastewater projects
Ability to read plans, specifications and schedules
Strong field leadership, safety and coordination skills
Treatment plant, pump station or pipeline experience preferred
