Renewyx has teamed up with a growing general contractor in San Diego looking for their next Construction Project Manager, and this one's a strong high rise and multifamily opportunity.
You'd be running Type I work from the GC side, ideally high rise residential, though multifamily experience is just as welcome. If you like owning a project rather than watching it from the CM chair, this is built for you.
You'll run the job from the general contractor side. That means owning the budget, keeping the schedule honest, managing the field team, and being the go to person for owners, architects, and subs alike.
- Extensive construction project management experience with Type I buildings, ideally high rise residential (multifamily also welcome)
- Experience primarily on the general contractor side, not construction management
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- Comfortable with the tech side, construction management and scheduling platforms included
- You've run more than one tower or phase at a time
- You've managed big owner and design team relationships directly
- $140K to $170K base salary
- Permanent, full time
- San Diego, CA
- Full benefits package
- A GC that's actively growing its high rise and multifamily book of work
You don't need to check every box here. If you've got the core experience and the right approach, or you know someone who does, reach out. Things are moving fast on this one.
