Who You’ll Serve

• Closely held businesses, from small service companies to $100M+ manufacturers and distributors, including a strong base of construction clients
• High net worth individuals and families with multi-K-1, multi-state returns
• Trusts, estates, and private foundations
• Investment partnerships and funds of funds
• Entrepreneurs, business owners, and retirees

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and review individual, partnership, S corp, C corp, trust, estate, and gift returns
• Work directly with partners and managers on tax projections and planning projects
• Build real relationships with clients and become a trusted point of contact
• Help train and review the work of Staff accountants
• Research technical issues and bring solutions, not just questions
• Get exposure to estate, succession, and business planning work that most Seniors don’t see until much later

What You Bring

• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
• CPA or actively pursuing it
• Solid experience with business and individual returns
• Construction or closely held business experience is a plus
• Curiosity, ownership, and a desire to grow into a Manager role
