Sales Coach

Are you the hospitality pro who’s seen it all — and loves sharing what you know?

You’ve spent years in the trenches of hotel sales.

You know what great looks like.

Now imagine getting paid to evaluate it.

Hospitality Marketing Solutions is growing (fast!) our team of Sales Coaches & Mystery Shoppers — and we’re looking for a few exceptional people to join us.

This is a flexible opportunity perfect for seasoned hospitality professionals who want to stay connected to the industry they love, on their terms.

You’ll love this if you…

∙ Have 5+ years in hospitality sales (Director level required)

∙ Know the upscale/boutique hotel market inside and out

∙ Have a passion for elevating others and a sharp eye for service excellence

∙ Communicate with warmth, clarity, and confidence — in writing and in person

Here’s what you’ll do:

Conduct secret shops at hotels, resorts, catering facilities, and event venues across North America.

Deliver graded reports and written 1:1 coaching that genuinely moves the needle for our clients.

The best part? You control your schedule and workload. No office politics. No micromanagement. Just meaningful work that makes an impact.

We’re a small, tight-knit team that takes our work seriously and has a whole lot of fun doing it. ✨
