About the Job:
We're looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to support residential construction and real estate development projects in Roseland, NJ.
This opportunity is with a privately operated homebuilder and developer overseeing land acquisitions, approvals, construction, and sales, with 35 homes planned for next year.
You'll work directly with the owner, supporting daily operations and project coordination.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate residential construction and development projects.
- Manage invoices, material orders, purchasing, and project documentation.
- Assist with construction takeoffs, utility applications, and permits.
- Track project progress using construction management software.
- Support administrative tasks across acquisitions, construction, and sales.
- Work closely with the owner and field team to keep projects organized.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in residential construction, homebuilding, or real estate development preferred.
- Background in project coordination, construction administration, or assistant project management.
- Familiarity with construction documentation and project management software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
