PBM Data Analyst - Hybrid

Healthcare Support is actively seeking a PBM Data Analyst - Hybrid to support a nationally recognized leader in healthcare. This company is a leader in providing benefit administration solutions to employers, unions, health plans, and government entities. We are looking for candidates in Denver, CO!

Daily Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of account executives to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and performance.
• Support clients in a leadership capacity, focusing on escalation management and relationship development.
• Manage high profile but limited client book.
• Conduct regular team meetings to align goals, share updates, and address challenges.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in PBM services, including but not limited to overall pharmacy strategy, financial performance, contract management
• Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of PBM, Healthcare, Data Exchange, and Integrated Accumulations experience
• Ability to match key PBM concepts and data fields across various systems and file layouts to ensure consistency and accuracy of data transfers
• Vendor management experience
• Accumulations experience
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, JSON and other technical data skills preferred
