Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Business Intelligence to design and deliver advanced analytics solutions that transform enterprise data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of recent hands-on experience integrating AI/ML technologies with Business Intelligence platforms, including Power BI, to develop predictive, prescriptive, and generative AI solutions that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

This role requires a professional who can bridge the gap between traditional BI reporting and modern AI-driven analytics by developing machine learning models, integrating large language models (LLMs), deploying AI services, and embedding intelligent capabilities directly into dashboards, reports, and business applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI, including dashboards, reports, semantic models, and advanced analytics.
2. Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions that integrate directly with Business Intelligence platforms to deliver predictive analytics, forecasting, anomaly detection, classification, recommendation engines, and intelligent decision-support capabilities.
3. Leverage modern AI platforms and technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, Claude, Gemini, and other large language model (LLM) platforms to enhance reporting and analytics solutions.
4. Design and implement machine learning workflows that consume enterprise data and surface insights within Power BI dashboards and executive reporting environments.
5. Develop data pipelines, APIs, and integrations that support AI-driven analytics and real-time business intelligence.
6. Create intelligent automation solutions that combine AI, process automation, and reporting to streamline business operations.
7. Build and test rapid prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions using AI/ML technologies to address evolving business requirements.
8. Develop natural language query, semantic search, document intelligence, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI-powered knowledge management solutions.
9. Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI and advanced analytics can improve operational performance, forecasting, decision-making, and process efficiency.
10. Optimize machine learning models, data architectures, Power BI datasets, and AI workflows for performance, scalability, security, and governance.
11. Stay current with emerging advancements in AI, machine learning, generative AI, and Microsoft data platform technologies and recommend innovative applications to the organization.

Required Qualifications

1. Five (5) or more years of recent hands-on experience developing AI/ML solutions in conjunction with Business Intelligence, analytics, or reporting platforms.
2. Five (5) or more years of experience designing and developing Power BI solutions, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard development, and performance optimization.
3. Demonstrated experience building predictive analytics, forecasting, machine learning, and AI-driven decision-support solutions within enterprise environments.
4. Hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI application development using technologies such as:

• Microsoft Copilot
• Azure OpenAI
• Claude
• Gemini
• OpenAI APIs
• Similar AI platforms

1. Experience integrating AI-generated insights, predictive models, or machine learning outputs directly into Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
2. Strong programming experience in Python, SQL, and data manipulation frameworks commonly used for AI/ML development.
3. Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and integrating internal and external data sources.
4. Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycle management, model deployment, monitoring, and governance.
5. Experience with data engineering, ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing concepts, and analytical data modeling.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions.

1. Experience developing and deploying machine learning models using frameworks such as:

1. Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, semantic search, and enterprise knowledge management solutions.
2. Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), document intelligence, text analytics, sentiment analysis, and intelligent document processing.
3. Understanding of MLOps, Responsible AI, AI governance, security, and model monitoring practices.
4. Microsoft certifications related to Power BI, Fabric, Azure AI, Data Engineering, or Machine Learning.
