Who I’m looking to speak with
I’m working with national, regional and boutique firms across Greensboro and the wider Triad, and I want to hear from associates and partners with experience in:
- Commercial Litigation: business, contract and general civil litigation
- Labor & Employment: employer-side litigation and advice
- Corporate: M&A, business transactions and general corporate
- Real Estate / Commercial Real Estate & Finance: development, leasing and lending
- Insurance Defense: general, professional and products liability
- Insurance Coverage
- Medical Malpractice Defense
- Construction: litigation and transactional
What you’ll need
- Associates: 2+ years of law firm experience in one or more of the areas above
- Partners: an established practice and strong client relationships. A portable book of business is a plus
- Admitted, or eligible for admission, to the North Carolina Bar
