About the Job:

We're seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to support new home sales and customer relationships for an established residential homebuilder in Petersburg, VA.

This opportunity is with a well-established residential homebuilder specializing in custom and personalized single-family homes.

The ideal candidate will support the sales process, coordinate with prospective homebuyers, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry through contract execution.

What You'll Do:

• Support the sales team throughout the new home sales process.
• Coordinate with prospective buyers, sales representatives, and internal teams.
• Manage customer inquiries, appointments, contracts, and sales documentation.
• Assist with homebuyer selections, pricing, and project coordination.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activity.
• Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in new home sales, sales coordination, or residential homebuilding.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
