This role sits at the intersection of Legal, Technology, and Business Operations and will partner closely with Legal Operations, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders to improve contracting processes, workflow automation, user adoption, reporting capabilities, AI-driven solutions, and contract document management.

This is an excellent opportunity for a legal technology professional who enjoys driving process improvement, implementing technology solutions, and helping organizations maximize the value of their CLM investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate stakeholder discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements-gathering meetings.
  • Maintain and update the CLM Continuous Improvement Roadmap, including status tracking and implementation planning.
  • Configure, support, test, and maintain end-to-end contract workflows within the CLM platform.
  • Analyze and improve contract templates, clause libraries, metadata structures, and approval workflows.
  • Document current-state and future-state business processes, workflow requirements, user stories, and solution recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Legal Operations, Legal, IT, and business teams to identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
  • Support legal technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, office hours, and adoption-focused activities.
  • Develop user guides, process documentation, training materials, and communication resources.
  • Assist with reporting, analytics, contract repository management, and governance activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Legal Operations, Contract Management, CLM Administration, Legal Technology, Legal Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience participating in at least one CLM implementation or major legal technology deployment.
  • Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or administering a CLM platform such as Workday CLM (Evisort), Ironclad, Agiloft, Icertis, Sirion, Conga, DocuSign CLM, or similar solutions.
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes, including intake, drafting, negotiation, approvals, execution, repository management, and reporting.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with workflow design, process automation, and no-code workflow development.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of AI-enabled contract review, contract intelligence, and legal technology solutions.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting contract migration projects and metadata extraction initiatives.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and global stakeholder groups.
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business, Information Systems, Public Policy, Political Science, or a related field.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate combines legal domain knowledge with hands-on legal technology and CLM implementation experience. They are comfortable engaging with stakeholders, documenting requirements, improving business processes, supporting system enhancements, and driving user adoption of legal technology solutions. This individual thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.
