Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Commerce Platform Support Lead to manage and support the Sana Commerce Cloud platform and its integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B e-commerce application support, platform administration, production troubleshooting, and ERP integrations.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting ERP-integrated e-commerce platforms or business applications.
• Hands-on experience with Sana Commerce Cloud, Sana Commerce, or a comparable B2B e-commerce platform.
• Strong understanding of B2B e-commerce processes, including product catalogs, customer accounts, pricing, inventory, checkout, and order management.
• Experience in L2/L3 production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience supporting application integrations and data synchronization.
• Ability to manage configuration changes, testing, releases, and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, OData, middleware, authentication, data mapping, and integration monitoring.
• Experience with complex pricing, discounts, trade agreements, or rebate management.
• Familiarity with Flintfox pricing and rebate management solutions.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and application monitoring tools.
• Sana Commerce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
