The Opportunity

M Hudson Design is seeking an exceptional Senior Landscape Architect / Studio Leader to

join our West Palm Beach studio at a meaningful point in the firm’s growth.

This is not a conventional senior landscape architect role. It is an opportunity for a proven

luxury residential professional to help lead client relationships, presentations, projects, and

team performance within an immersive, experiential design studio. The right person will

expand the firm’s capacity, contribute from the start, and help shape what comes next.

We are looking for someone with the confidence to represent the studio in front of

discerning luxury clients, the organization to manage multiple projects, and the natural

leadership to elevate a collaborative team. This is a selective invitation for a mature,

What You’ll Lead

• Front-line sales conversations with luxury residential clients.

• Client presentations and the clear, confident communication of design ideas.

• Client relationship management throughout the design process.

• Multiple luxury residential landscape design projects at once, with strong organization

and follow-through.

• Team leadership in a collaborative, high-performance studio environment.

• The disciplined coordination of client, project, and team priorities.

• You have proven luxury residential landscape design experience and are ready to lead

at a higher level.

with luxury clients.

• You are highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple active projects

• You want to contribute to immersive, experiential work built on serious landscape

architecture fundamentals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Five to nine years of professional experience in landscape architecture.

• Proven luxury residential landscape design experience is essential.

• South Florida luxury residential experience is strongly preferred; comparable luxury

residential experience elsewhere will be considered.

• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, lead client presentations, and

support front-line sales.

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects at once.

• Strong organizational skills, confident client presence, natural leadership ability, and

strong luxury-client relationship skills.

• Florida Landscape Architecture License preferred, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $160,000–$180,000 annually.

Location and Work Arrangement

This is a local-only position based in West Palm Beach, Florida. The successful candidate

must be able to work in M Hudson Design’s West Palm Beach office. A hybrid work

arrangement may begin following successful onboarding.
