Junior Landscape Architect / Designer

Junior Landscape Architect / Designer

M Hudson Design, Inc. | West Palm Beach, Florida

The Opportunity

M Hudson Design, Inc. is seeking a talented, responsible, and design-focused Junior Landscape Architect / Designer to join our West Palm Beach studio.

This is a full-time opportunity for a recent landscape architecture graduate or early-career designer who wants meaningful professional experience, direct mentorship, and the chance to contribute to exceptional luxury residential environments. You will work directly under a Senior Landscape Architect, participate in the design process, and build a strong foundation for long-term professional growth.

Why M Hudson Design

M Hudson Design is a luxury residential landscape architecture studio built around thoughtful design, accountability, collaboration, and a high standard of care. Our team is entrepreneurial, detail-driven, respectful, fast-moving, and committed to growth.

You will have exposure to our Immersive Design Process™ and our experiential design presentation studio—an environment created to help clients understand and connect with the places we design.

This Is a Design-First Role

This is not a drafting position.

Our drafting team supports the production process, allowing the Junior Landscape Architect / Designer to focus on design thinking, creative development, client-facing work, and professional growth. We are looking for someone who wants to participate in the full design process—not simply produce drawings.

What You’ll Contribute To

You will support the team through work that includes:

• Planting plans
• Construction documents
• Material selections
• Client presentations
• Project coordination
• Design development within luxury residential landscape architecture projects
