About the Role

As the Director of Street Sweeping, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and optimizing daily operations while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, safety requirements, and customer expectations. You will work closely with project teams, field personnel, municipalities, and company leadership to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

• Lead all street sweeping operations across multiple project sites and service areas.
• Plan and coordinate routes, schedules, and equipment deployment.
• Ensure compliance with SWPPP requirements, environmental regulations, and local ordinances.
• Manage, coach, train, and develop operators and field personnel.
• Oversee equipment inspections, maintenance coordination, and fleet readiness.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, fuel usage, and equipment efficiency.
• Enforce company safety standards, OSHA requirements, and traffic control regulations.
• Build strong relationships with project managers, superintendents, municipalities, and clients.
• Manage budgets, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in street sweeping operations, construction support, roadway maintenance, environmental services, or a related field.
• Previous leadership experience managing field crews, equipment, and operational performance.
• Strong understanding of environmental compliance, stormwater management, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience overseeing fleet and equipment operations.
• Valid driver's license required.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Salary: $87,000, with opportunity for growth based on experience and performance.
