Lead Media Buyer, Meta Ads (AI-fluent, CMO potential) at a fast-growing marketing agency. $7k/mo base, ~$120k OTE, remote.

Hi 👋 my name is Jared, and I'm the founder of Practice Partners.

We've been running Meta ads for private-pay therapy practices for close to four years. We're now growing fast enough that I need a lead media buyer who can run our ad campaigns fluently and build the system that takes the company to the next stage.

About Us: 📈

• 80 client accounts, about 35 of them live.
• Adding 3 to 5 new clients a week, and launching 3 to 5 campaigns a week.
• Within the next stage of growth, the system has to hold at 100 to 300 accounts without us hiring a floor of people.

Job Description:

• We have multiple six figures of advertising data for therapists. Your first job is to analyze everything we currently have running and find the gaps that would improve efficiency and client results.
• Then you and I sit down and agree on an end-to-end process that lets our team launch up to 10 client campaigns a week and optimize them as needed.
• From there, you run that process across every account.
• If you've already built an AI powered Meta Ads system please say so in your application. We are looking for an individual fluent in this technology, as this is what will help us sign on a higher volume of clients.

Our Goal For This Position:

• Get our clients good, consistent results so they renew.
• Use what we learn from the accounts to find the niches and clients that get the best results.
• Every niche that works for a client becomes an opportunity for us to target similar clients in our B2B marketing.
• More clients who succeed means more renewals, and more renewals means more money for you. This is where the CMO potential comes in.

Qualifications:

• You've been running Meta ads for at least five years, mostly call-booking funnels for service businesses: health, wellness, coaching, anything where a person books a call and then pays for a professional's time.
• You've run a lot of accounts at once, and you liked it.
• You already use AI to do your job faster, including launches, optimization and creative development.

Pay Structure: 💰

• About $7,000 a month base, with performance bonuses on client results and retention that put you around $120k a year OTE.
• Our main goal is keeping clients happy and renewing. When a client is getting a consistent CAC that lands anywhere in a 2 to 5x ROAS, they renew, and you're compensated for every renewal.
• Fully remote, EST hours.
