Solomon's Palace and Chateaus is a billion-dollar real estate project to be built: a one of a kind planned luxury kosher resort and private residential community on the South Las Vegas Strip. We're building the founding leadership team now, and we're looking for a Chief Operating Officer to lead it.

The role

You'll work directly with the project’s founder and be our first operating executive. As such you will be responsible for recruiting the initial management team: finance, hospitality, culinary and kosher operations, security, and guest services etc. You'll set the operating standards the resort opens with. We use an AI-first approach to the heavy lifting, so your job is to direct, check and verify the output in your area. Trust, but verify.

Who you are

• Thoroughly familiar with raising capital to acquire land, and able to help lead that effort on a project of this scale
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the discipline to keep a billion-dollar development coordinated across land, capital, hiring and operations
• A senior hospitality or resort operations leader with a record of opening or running luxury properties
• Experienced in building teams and hiring leaders
• Knowledgeable about kosher operations, or eager to master them
• Comfortable joining at the founding stage, when the work is hands-on

How the position works

• Your full annual salary is stated in your agreement and will initially accrue at an hourly (salary ÷ 2,080) for up to 35 hours a week.
• Accrued pay is deferred, not paid currently. The company has no cash payroll before funding.
• At a defined funding milestone you convert to full-time salaried status at the same stated salary.
• Benefits begin when the full team starts benefits and full salaries together.
• You’ll receive a Restricted stock grant of shares, vesting with continued service.
• Your direct hires will join on these similar terms.
