Family Law Attorney
We're seeking an experienced attorney to join a collaborative legal team, providing high-quality representation and counsel for family law clients. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and practical problem-solver who can manage matters independently from intake through resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on legal rights, risks, and case strategy
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and court proceedings
- Manage a full caseload with accuracy and deadline discipline
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar license
- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Excellent judgment and attention to detail
- Family law experience preferred
