🔎 What You’ll Do
- Draft and review real estate documents (purchase agreements, leases, deeds, closing statements)
- Conduct title and survey reviews; coordinate with title companies and surveyors
- Assist attorneys with closings and attend closings when needed
- Perform due diligence, including zoning, environmental, and corporate document review
- -Organize transaction files, track deadlines, and maintain compliance
- Communicate with clients, lenders, brokers, and other transaction parties
- Handle post‑closing tasks, including document recording and file finalization
✔️ What You Bring
- 3–5 years of real estate paralegal experience
- Strong knowledge of real estate law, title insurance, and closing procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
- Paralegal certification preferred
