We're excited to introduce Concierge Couture, our new luxury shopping concierge service designed for visitors and local residents seeking a more personalized and memorable shopping experience.
From luxury boutiques and private styling appointments to fine dining, wellness experiences, and special celebrations, we thoughtfully coordinate each experience around our clients' individual interests and preferences.
Our goal is simple: to make every client feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and confident that every detail is being handled.
About the RoleWe're looking to build a powerhouse team of Luxury Shopping Concierges who share our passion for exceptional service and understand the importance of creating meaningful client relationships.
As a Luxury Shopping Concierge, you'll personally accompany clients throughout their curated shopping experience, primarily at Ala Moana Center and other luxury shopping destinations on Oʻahu.
You'll serve as their dedicated Concierge, providing attentive, discreet, and personalized assistance while ensuring their experience is seamless, enjoyable, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome clients and provide professional, personalized Concierge service throughout their experience.
- Safely transport clients in designated company-arranged vehicles, when assigned.
- Accompany clients to luxury boutiques, department stores, and scheduled appointments.
- Assist with shopping selections, personal styling coordination, and product inquiries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with luxury boutique associates, stylists, and hospitality professionals.
- Coordinate dining reservations, salon and spa appointments, and other activities according to each client's itinerary.
- Assist with purchases, shopping bags, and delivery arrangements to provide a hands-free shopping experience.
- Anticipate client needs, accommodate special requests, and manage unexpected changes with professionalism.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, personal presentation, and customer service.
- Represent Concierge Couture and B Everywhere Concierge, Inc. with warmth, integrity, and professionalism.
Luxury Retail & Hospitality Experience
- Previous experience in luxury retail, personal shopping, client advising, personal styling, or luxury hospitality strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of designer fashion houses, luxury brands, fine jewelry, watches, and high-end retail experiences.
- Understanding of personalized client service and the expectations of discerning clientele.
- Familiarity with Ala Moana Center and Oʻahu's luxury shopping destinations is highly desirable.
Communication & Personal Qualities
- Warm, welcoming personality with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional appearance, polished presentation, and attention to detail.
- Ability to anticipate client needs and adapt comfortably to different personalities and preferences.
- Dependable, punctual, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and respect for client privacy.
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued, particularly Japanese. Mandarin, Korean, French, and other languages are also welcome.
Driving & Employment Requirements
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
- Comfortable driving luxury vehicles and navigating Oʻahu.
- Ability to pass applicable pre-employment background, drug screening, and driving record checks.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability, including Sundays, holidays, and occasional evenings.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods and assist with shopping bags and client purchases.
