Tax Manager | WLB + Summer Fridays Off | $150K+ | Shelton, CT (Hybrid)
Want to stay in Public Accounting without giving up your work-life balance? We are working with a known CPA firm in Shelton, CT that is looking to hire a Tax Manager. The firm has intentionally built a culture around work-life balance and long-term career development.
The firm is looking for someone with strong 1040 experience, with entity tax exposure considered a plus. A CPA is preferred but not required. If you're a Tax Manager who wants to keep progressing toward leadership without moving into an environment where busy seasons hours are out of control, this is worth a conversation.

Schedule:
- Hybrid: 2-3 days WFH
- Hours: Normal season: 40-50 hours/week, 55-hour average busy season
- PTO: 3 Weeks plus paid holidays
- Fridays off from May 1st- October 1st
Qualifications:
- 1040 Experience (Top Qualification)
- CPA-License Preferred
- Entity Experience a plus
