We are working with a known CPA firm in Shelton, CT that is looking to hire an experienced Tax Senior. The firm has intentionally built a culture around work-life balance and long-term career development.
Benefits:
- Base Salary: $120,000+
- Profit sharing + 401(k)
- Individual healthcare fully paid
- Clear path toward upper management
Schedule:
- Hybrid schedule with 2-3 days WFH
- Fridays off May 1 through October 1
- 3 weeks PTO + paid holidays
- Busy season averages approximately 55 hours/week
Ideal Background:
- Strong 1040 experience is the #1 requirement
- 4+ years of Public Accounting experience
- CPA preferred but not required
