I am currently working with a well-established Florida law firm who are looking to add a Trust & Estates Attorney to their sophisticated and growing private client practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trusts and estates attorney looking to handle complex estate planning, asset protection, trusts and estates administration, and estate tax matters within a collaborative environment offering strong mentorship and flexible opportunities for professional progression.

The Role

• Handle Complex Estate Planning: Advise high-net-worth clients on sophisticated estate planning and wealth preservation strategies.
• Advise on Asset Protection: Develop and implement asset protection planning strategies tailored to individual client circumstances.
• Manage Trusts & Estates: Handle trusts and estates administration matters, including probate and related client needs.
• Work on Estate Tax Planning: Assist clients with sophisticated estate and tax planning matters involving wealth transfer and preservation.
• Develop Client Relationships: Work directly with clients while collaborating with senior attorneys and other professionals to deliver comprehensive private client advice.

The Package
