Prominent defense firm is expanding in Florida and seeks an Attorney with 4+ years of workers' compensation or related experience (open to claimants' or defense side exp.) who are licensed to practice in Florida. Partner candidates do NOT need a book of business. Option to work fully remote or hybrid in ANY of their South Florida office locations.

Responsibilities:
- File review and legal analysis of workers’ compensation claims
- Draft legal documents and negotiate settlements
- Regularly represent clients at depositions and hearings
- Manage cases from start to finish
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in FL
- 4-15+ years' experience in workers' compensation or related experience
