AllSTEM Connections is actively recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients, a leading global organization, for a Marketing Communication Specialist. This role is ideal for a highly organized marketing professional who excels at transforming data, research, and business insights into compelling customer-facing presentations and marketing materials.

The selected candidate will support key marketing initiatives, trend analysis projects, competitive intelligence efforts, and presentation development while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Role: Marketing Communication Specialist

Duration End Date : March 19, 2027

Location: Holmdel, NJ

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Pay Rate: $40 - $45/hour

Employment Type: W-2 Contract

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of marketing, communications, business support, insights, or market research experience
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
• Presentation design and business storytelling expertise
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience creating customer-facing presentations and marketing materials

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Create and enhance customer-facing presentations and marketing materials.
• Transform research, market data, and business insights into visually compelling PowerPoint presentations.
• Support market, consumer, category, and trend analysis initiatives.
• Gather, organize, and analyze marketing and competitive intelligence data.
• Coordinate marketing projects, workshops, and internal initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
• Support special projects and other marketing-related activities as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, business support, market research, insights, or a related function.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with strong presentation design and storytelling capabilities.
• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, accurate work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the fragrance, flavors, consumer products, beauty, personal care, or related industries.
• Experience supporting competitive intelligence or market research initiatives.
• Previous fragrance industry marketing experience is highly desirable.
