• Clear job architecture: descriptions, career paths and advancement steps for every role
• A proactive talent pipeline with colleges, trade schools and industry networks
• A training matrix for safety, compliance, equipment and software
• Individual Development Plans that prepare people for their next role
• A succession plan for key roles: Ready Now, 1–2 Years, 3–5 Years
• An annual talent review with senior leadership
• Benefits support employees actually understand and use

🎯 Your first big win

Own the overhaul of our Company Handbook. Audit it, modernize it, roll it out and train supervisors on it. Your fingerprints will be on how this company runs for years.

💪 What you bring

• Broad HR generalist experience: recruiting, training, development and manager support
• A track record of building programs, not just running them
• Solid knowledge of employment practices, and the judgment to call in legal or benefits advisers
• Strong interviewing, coaching, writing and project management skills
• Credibility with field crews, operations and the office alike

⭐ Bonus points

Experience in construction, aggregates, trucking, heavy equipment or industrial settings.
