Junior to Mid-Level Associate

Yankwitt LLP – a White Plains litigation firm – is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Associate to join its expanding Complex Commercial Litigation team. Ideal candidates will have:

·        1 to 6 years of experience at a leading New York law firm;

·        At least one federal clerkship and/or service as an Assistant United States Attorney;

·        A creative legal mind with an out-of-the-box approach to problem-solving;

·        The desire to take ownership of their cases;

·        A strong work ethic to handle the rigors of complex, interesting litigation matters;

·        A desire to generate business;

·        Experience working on complex commercial litigation; and

·        Excellent writing and research skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials.

Salary + Discretionary Bonus ranging from $130k to $225k, depending on experience and hours worked. A clerkship bonus is also available for candidates joining directly from a federal clerkship.
