General Liability Associate | White Plains, NY | Remote | $210K
Seeking a mid-level General Liability Associate with 3–7 years of post-bar experience and an active New York bar. This is not a clerkship or first-year seat.
Our client is a national civil-defense firm with a White Plains office covering Westchester and downstate New York. You get New York-quality general liability work without a five-day Manhattan commute. The firm tries cases. The office is small enough that you sit with the people running the files, and calm enough that people do not burn out in year two.

Key Duties:
- Defend general liability and premises claims in Westchester and surrounding New York courts
- Handle discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Prepare for mediations, hearings, and trial
- Advise carriers on exposure and resolution
- Run files from assignment through close
Requirements:
- JD and active New York bar
- 3–7 years of post-bar general liability or insurance defense experience
- Current or recent title of Associate or equivalent — law clerks and summer associates will not be considered
- Deposition and writing experience
