About this opportunity
No more re-building your team after every deadline.
You’ll be joining one of the most stable teams in public accounting. Their retention rates are some of the highest in the industry. If people leave, it’s generally to move to Corporate. They rarely lose people to rival firms.
When the firm was founded, over a hundred years ago, they had a simple philosophy. Treat their people well. Safe in the knowledge that if they did that, their people would go above and beyond for clients. They still live by this today. It’s why people join and then stay.
You could be their next Senior Tax Manager (Financial Services Focus)
You’ll oversee the FS department. You’ll manage complex tax matters and provide expert guidance to a range of Financial Services clients.
You’ll get paid between $160,000 and $220,000 (the base salary will be determined by the number of years’ Financial Services compliance experience you have). As you’d expect with any Partner position in Public Accounting, there’ll be longer hours at times of the year. But it won’t be what you’d have in the Big 4 or Top 10 firms.
If you’ve got your CPA or JD, have a track record advising Financial Services clients, hit apply and let’s chat.
Right, here's the thing about job applications - and this is where most people get it spectacularly wrong. They treat them like some sort of bureaucratic ritual where you must tick every single box, or face immediate rejection by the HR gods.
If this position interests you, just apply. The apply button isn't a marriage proposal, it’s a conversation starter.
Think you only have 87% of the required experience? Perfect - apply anyway. The CPA firms we partner with want diverse, interesting people, not corporate clones stamped from the same tedious mould.
Don’t overthink it. The worst outcome is a pleasant conversation about your career. The best? Well, that's where it gets rather exciting.
