We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune Administrator / Endpoint Management Engineer to support and strengthen our mobile and endpoint device management environment. This individual will serve as a key technical resource for the mobility team, with a primary focus on Microsoft Intune and Apple iOS/iPadOS device management, while also supporting Windows and macOS devices.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on Intune experience and be comfortable not only troubleshooting and improving the environment, but also sharing knowledge and guiding other team members as they expand their Intune expertise.

While experience with other Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms can be valuable, Microsoft Intune experience is the primary skill set for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and maintain the organization's Microsoft Intune environment.
• Manage mobile and endpoint devices across iOS, iPadOS, Windows, and macOS environments.
• Provide primary Intune expertise and technical guidance to members of the mobility team.
• Partner with team members who are developing their Intune skills, providing hands-on guidance, troubleshooting support, and knowledge sharing.
• Support the configuration, management, and ongoing improvement of mobile device management policies and processes.

Your previous experience includes:

• Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune.
• Experience supporting and managing iOS and iPadOS devices through an enterprise device-management platform.
• Experience troubleshooting mobile-device and endpoint-management issues.
• Working knowledge of Windows endpoint management.

Salary Range: $95k - $115k
