Metric Bio are proud to be exclusively representing a leading Drug Discovery CRO on a high-impact, high-visibility role within their Marketing Department.

Specifically, I'm on the search for a Channel Marketing Specialist, who will cover all facets of marketing communications, including brand messaging as well as internal comms, alongside the activity of the Key Accounts & High Profile distribution partners.

The role in short:

  • Drive channel marketing and sales enablement activity across key strategic distribution partners.
  • Create high-impact commercial content including pitch decks, capability overviews, case studies, training videos and campaigns.
  • Support ABM and broader marketing initiatives designed to generate leads and help the commercial team achieve revenue targets.
  • Partner with scientific sales teams and external partners to develop thought-leadership content and consistent market messaging.
  • Track campaign performance, define KPIs and use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing and sales enablement activity.

Our requirements:

  • 3Y+ experience within field marketing, sales enablement, sales support, sales training or another revenue-facing role.
  • Proven experience creating and executing B2B marketing campaigns and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Life sciences experience strongly preferred, ideally with exposure to drug discovery or scientific products/services.
  • Experience positioning and marketing complex B2B products or services.
  • Strong communication, presentation and content-creation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear commercial messaging.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; exposure to Canva/Illustrator, video tools and ERP systems is advantageous.

If you believe you could be a great match and fit the expected requirements, I would love to connect.
