About this opportunity

Lead Quality. Drive Improvement. Make an Impact.

We’re looking for a Quality Manager who is passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and building processes that help a manufacturing organization succeed. If you’re an analytical problem-solver who thrives on high standards, enjoys working cross-functionally, and knows how to turn quality requirements into real-world results, we’d love to hear from you.

As the Quality Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving our quality systems while partnering with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, review, approve, and implement quality requirements from customers and suppliers.
  • Maintain and continuously improve ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support internal, supplier, customer, and registrar audits.
  • Maintain Material Data Sheets and regulated-substance documentation.
  • Manage PPAP submissions, including reviewing Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, and PFMEAs.
  • Coordinate customer and supplier surveys and follow up on quality-related feedback.
  • Provide training and support on Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Document, track, and drive customer and supplier corrective actions through successful resolution.
  • Prepare meaningful quality reports and metrics for management meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead projects that improve quality, efficiency, and overall performance.
  • Collaborate with staff and cross-functional teams to foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of quality management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems.
  • Proficiency with precision measuring tools and quality inspection equipment.
  • Strong computer and data-analysis skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Solid knowledge of calibration requirements and practices.
  • Ability to accurately read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, organizational, and project-management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for identifying problems, finding solutions, and driving lasting improvements.

Quality isn’t just about finding problems—it’s about preventing them, improving processes, and helping the entire organization perform better. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a measurable impact on our customers, suppliers, employees, and overall business performance.
