Skilled Labour Production Workers

We’re hiring in Sussex, Wisconsin! Help make and package organic food people love.

We’re looking for team members for three opportunities:

1. Case Packer Operator, Packaging

Set up and operate case packing and robotic palletizing equipment. Adjust settings, troubleshoot jams and complete production checks to keep our packaging lines running smoothly. $22.51/hour

2. Dump Station Operator, Processing

Weigh, measure and batch dry ingredients according to recipes. Operate equipment, monitor ingredient flow and verify labels to keep production accurate and consistent. $22.51/hour

3. Scale Operator, Packaging

Set up and operate scale systems, verify ingredients and recipes, and monitor product flow. Adjust equipment, complete quality checks and support machine operators as needed. $22.51/hour

What you’ll bring:

- Attention to detail, a team-focused attitude and a commitment to safety and food quality.

- Manufacturing or equipment experience is an asset.

- Roles involve standing for 12-hour shifts and regularly lifting up to 50 lbs.

Shifts available:

-Day shift: 5:50AM-6:00PM on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule

-Night shift 5:50PM-6:00AM on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
