I'm working with an established New York CPA firm looking for someone to help lead and grow its Real Estate Tax practice.

They've already got the clients, the reputation and the team. What they want now is someone who can take things further.

You'll work with real estate developers, investors, funds and property groups, advising on complex tax matters, developing client relationships, leading the team and bringing in new business.

They're looking for someone with around 15+ years in real estate tax, strong partnership tax expertise and a CPA, EA or law licence.

You'll need to enjoy the commercial side of public accounting just as much as the technical side. Someone who can win the trust of a client, not just explain the tax implications.

Salary is $220K to $500K+, depending on your experience and what you bring commercially.

If you're currently a Tax Director, Managing Director, Principal or Partner, this could be worth exploring.
