Salary to $300K plus bonus

Our client is a growing insurance advisory company, who are seeking an experienced commercial lines leader for their Phoenix area office.

Duties Include:

• Lead the commercial lines and risk management, bringing their goals to “the next level”
• Further develop an existing book of business, leading/mentoring existing team of professionals
• Manage strategy, development, administration, hiring, management of P&L, etc.
• Reporting to senior leaders, in a high-profile role.

Candidate Should Possess:

• Probably 10 years+ of commercial lines/risk management executive leadership
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment
• Previous P&L experience
• Proven leadership experience.
