We’re looking for an ambitious Associate Consultant to join our growing Investment, Finance & Legal team in NYC.

Working directly with experienced Partners, you’ll support searches across investment, finance and legal functions while developing the commercial and market knowledge required to build your own specialist desk.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨

• Research target companies, markets and candidate pools
• Build relationships with investment, finance and legal professionals
• Identify and approach candidates through targeted headhunting
• Assess candidates and present relevant profiles to clients
• Support searches from initial briefing through interview and placement
• Develop market intelligence and identify new business opportunities
• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage an active pipeline

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫

• Experience in executive search, recruitment, an expert network, investment banking or another commercial, client-facing environment
• Strong communication, research and relationship-building skills
• Commercial curiosity and an interest in energy, infrastructure and investment markets
• Confidence engaging with senior professionals
• A proactive, organised and resilient approach
• The ambition to develop into a successful 360° recruitment consultant
