🚀 We’re Hiring: Technical Software Consultant (Remote)

Nexorlio is looking for a Technical Software Consultant to join our growing team.

This isn’t a traditional software development role. You’ll mainly represent Nexorlio in client interviews, recruiter screenings, technical discussions, discovery calls, and project-fit conversations.

We’ll bring the opportunities. Your role is to understand what the client needs, prepare for the conversation, communicate our technical capabilities clearly, and help turn promising opportunities into successful projects.

What You’ll Do

• Join and lead client interviews and technical calls on behalf of Nexorlio
• Handle recruiter screenings, technical screenings, discovery calls, and project-fit conversations
• Review job descriptions and project requirements before each call
• Prepare relevant talking points and technical approaches
• Understand client requirements and ask the right technical questions
• Clearly explain our capabilities and potential solutions
• Represent Nexorlio professionally throughout the interview process
• Provide a short post-call summary with key requirements, concerns, and next steps
• Help turn qualified opportunities into client projects

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of professional software development experience
• Good full-stack development knowledge
• Good experience with React, Node.js, and Python
• Good understanding of web applications, APIs, databases, and modern development practices
• B2+ English proficiency, with good spoken communication skills
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients
• Able to quickly understand new project requirements and discuss technical solutions
• Comfortable working with startups and custom web applications

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI projects or technologies
• Previous experience in technical consulting, pre-sales, technical sales, or another client-facing technical role

Previous client-facing experience is a plus, but it’s not required. Developers who want to move into a more communication-focused and consulting-oriented role are welcome to apply.

Work Setup

🌍 100% Remote — Worldwide

• Full-time or part-time
• Flexible schedule
• Availability required for scheduled client interviews and meetings

Compensation

We offer flexible compensation depending on experience and the working arrangement:

• Commission-based, or
• Hourly pay + commission

Hourly rates and commission percentages will be discussed based on experience and fit.
