As of October 16th, a leading law firm, is seeking a Litigation, Experience & Content Specialist to join its Business Development team. This role will work closely with attorneys and the wider Business Development team, responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating matter records within the firm’s experience database.
- Drafting and editing matter descriptions, representative experience lists, and case summaries for pitches, proposals, and RFPs.
- Preparing tailored experience lists and assist with pitch and proposal materials.
- Supporting legal directory submissions.
- Collaborating across multiple departments to maintain accurate and consistent experience content.
- Reviewing matter restrictions and ensure content complies with confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience preferably in a law firm.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, case lifecycles, and court processes.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM or experience management systems preferred, such as Salesforce or Foundation.
- Proficiency with generative AI tools for drafting, summarizing, and content transformation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and exceptional attention to detail.
