About the Role

You’ll help build a predictive, emotionally responsive mobile interface for highly complex use cases like mortgage lending and financial services. Unlike traditional systems that rely solely on empirical data, our AI will

• Detect and interpret the user’s emotional state.
• Dynamically adjust workflows based on emotional cues.
• Deliver a personalized, intuitive experience that feels human.

Pay range and compensation package

Entry Level: $100,000–$120,000/year,

Experienced / Exceptional Talent: $150,000–$200,000/year.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong proficiency in one or more of our core languages (Python, C++, Java, Node.js).
• Experience building scalable systems or AI-driven applications.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a desire to challenge legacy thinking.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a passion for solving real-word problems.
• Willing to learn, disciplined and passionate.
