Litigation Associate - Fully Remote (NJ Bar Required)

We are seeking a NJ-admitted litigation associate with approximately 3–5 years of experience to join a growing defense practice.

This is a genuinely fully remote position with no expectation to report to an office. The associate will work closely with a highly experienced senior trial attorney and take on meaningful responsibility across sophisticated defense matters from discovery and motion practice through depositions, court appearances, and trial.

• Fully remote (NJ Bar required)
• $120K–$140K+ starting base salary, commensurate with experience
• No billable-hour requirement. (Firmwide average is approximately 1,917 hours)
