The Opportunity

We are seeking a part-time Trial Paralegal with 5+ years of premier trial experience and outstanding references. This is a role for someone who thrives under pressure, executes with precision, and sees litigation not as paperwork, but as a calling.

You will work side-by-side with seasoned trial attorneys, contributing to cases that change lives.

What You’ll Do

· Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and trial binders.

· Research Florida statutes, court rules, local procedures, and administrative rules.

· Manage litigation files and case evidence with accuracy.

· Interview clients and witnesses; prepare testimony summaries.

· Review and summarize medical records, police reports, and expert reports.

· Coordinate with experts, medical professionals, and trial partners.

· Support attorneys in trial proceedings.

· Maintain professional client communication.

Who You Are

· Proven: 5+ years of premier trial and litigation support.

· Knowledgeable: Expert understanding of Florida statutes and courtroom procedure.

· Organized: Manages multiple cases without losing detail.

· Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with case management systems (Clio, Lexis Nexis and West Law preferred).

· Professional: Strong legal writing, research, and client service skills.

· Respected: Backed by strong references and recognized trial contributions.

Schedule & Compensation

· Part-Time | 40-50 hours per week

· In-Person | Davie, FL 33330

· $25–$35/hour (experience-based)

· Performance bonus eligibility after probation
