Established public accounting firm seeking a Tax Manager to lead tax engagements, review complex returns, advise clients, and mentor staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA who enjoys a mix of technical tax work, client interaction, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Review and oversee individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and estate tax returns
- Provide tax planning and consulting services
- Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
- Research complex tax issues and develop solutions
- Mentor and develop tax staff
- Support practice growth and process improvements
Qualifications:
- CPA required
- 7+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong knowledge of federal and state taxation
- Experience reviewing complex tax returns
- Strong leadership and client management skills
