Day-to-Day
- Defend carriers and insureds in auto, premises liability, transportation and construction defect cases
- Draft pleadings, discovery responses and dispositive motions in New York state and federal courts
- Take plaintiff, witness and expert depositions across Long Island and the greater NYC area
- Argue substantive motions and Daubert challenges in court
- Second-chair and eventually first-chair jury trials in Nassau, Suffolk and EDNY venues
