We’re partnering with a contractor seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of a 270-unit multifamily development in St. Petersburg.

From preconstruction through final completion, you’ll lead the team, manage commercial performance and keep delivery moving bringing together the planning, coordination and decision-making a substantial residential project demands.

For a Project Manager with strong ground-up experience, this offers the opportunity to see a major development through its full construction lifecycle.

You’ll oversee the project’s schedule, budget, procurement and execution, working closely with field leadership, subcontractors, consultants and the owner.

Your role will combine detailed project control with confident team leadership, identifying challenges early and ensuring everyone is working towards clear delivery targets.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading the project from preconstruction and procurement through completion and handover.
• Managing budgets, cost forecasting, schedules and overall project performance.
• Coordinating subcontractors, consultants, vendors and internal project teams.
• Monitoring progress, quality and safety throughout construction.
• Resolving project challenges and managing risks before they affect cost or delivery.
• Managing contracts and subcontractor performance.
• Maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects and project stakeholders.
• Providing clear progress updates and financial reporting to senior leadership.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Ground-up multifamily or large-scale residential experience strongly preferred.
• A track record of managing complex construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, contracts and subcontractor management.
• The leadership and communication skills to align teams and maintain accountability.
• Confidence making decisions and resolving practical project challenges.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.
• OSHA 10 certification is required.
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
