πΉ πͺπππ§ π¬π’π¨'ππ ππ ππ’ππ‘π:
βοΈ Managing AP transactions and vendor payments
βοΈ Processing ACH payments and wire transfers
βοΈ Preparing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
βοΈ Supporting month-end close and financial reporting
βοΈ Resolving discrepancies and improving processes
πΉ πͺπππ§ πͺπ'π₯π ππ’π’πππ‘π ππ’π₯:
βοΈ 5+ years of AP and/or accounting experience
βοΈ Strong general ledger and reconciliation skills
βοΈ Hands-on ACH and wire transfer experience
βοΈ Advanced Excel skills
βοΈ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
βοΈ ERP experience is a plus!
