Senior C&I Relationship Manager | Miami, FL

JCW is partnering with a growing regional bank as they expand their presence across South Florida and are looking for a Senior C&I Relationship Manager to help drive growth in the Miami market. This is a great opportunity for an established commercial banker with a strong C&I/middle-market track record, diverse book of business, and deep local relationships.

Role Responsibilities:

• Originate and grow C&I/middle-market relationships across the Miami market.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting and industry contacts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their lending and deposit needs.
• Structure and negotiate credit facilities in line with bank standards and pricing objectives.
• Prepare and present credit packages to the appropriate approval authorities.

What we’re looking for:

• 6+ years of commercial lending experience, with a focus on C&I and/or middle market.
• Proven ability to source and develop new business.
• Strong network of industry contacts throughout Miami.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Credit-trained candidates are a plus.
