Position Overview

This is a sales-driven role where you will work directly with clients to present, recommend, and enroll them in health insurance plans. In addition to upfront commissions, you will earn residual income from the clients you retain and support over time, creating long-term earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and sell health insurance plans to individuals and groups

• Guide clients through plan selection and enrollment

• Build and manage your own book of business

• Maintain ongoing client relationships and retention

• Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations

• Work closely with carriers and internal support teams

Compensation Structure

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License (215 required)

• Strong sales and communication skills

• Self-motivated and goal-driven

• Experience in insurance, sales, or client-facing roles preferred

• Ability to build trust and close business effectively
